These are the eggs that I blogged about last week...the ones at work. They finally hatched this week. They are all cuddled up together. Isn't this sweet? It's been cool here for the past couple of days, so they need to stay close together to keep warm. I still don't know what they are though. If I get a chance, I'll have to take a picture of the mama bird. For more Outdoor Wednesday tours, please visit Susan at A Southern Daydreamer.
Happy Outdoor Wednesday Gina! Look at them! How wonderful! I am soooo glad you followed up on them for us! Thanks for sharing your photos.~ Susan
ReplyDeleteHow very sweet. I like the eggs and the birds all cuddled like that :0)
ReplyDeleteHappy O.W. to you...
Oh, cuteness! And look at that little guy in the back... his yellow beak looks like its smiling! Those eggs are the most beautiful things ever... with the exception of the cute birds!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
Happy Outdoor Wednesday...
XO,
Sheila :-)
oh that blue is pretty isn't it? I am curious to know if you find momma bird. There is a nest in our shrubs, very well hidden, but we can see the two cardinals from our window. I peeked inside the other day and saw light blue eggs with brown speckles. So I'm very curious.
ReplyDeleteThey are precious. Looks like we are both fortunate enough to be blessed with a new arrival. Yours is so sweet. See mine at http://asouthernlife.com.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your sweet pics.
How dear! Thank you for tracking their progression for us. There's something about babies that raises oos and ahs in me. The pictures are wonderful. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteGina, those are darling chicks! I hope you find out what they are. Those eggs are just a lovely color of blue and brown...
ReplyDeleteHow fun to be able to capture their cuteness. I got dive bombed while working outside today because I was too close to a nest. We have 5 of them this year....those momma's are fierce.
ReplyDeleteThat is just so precious! Thanks for keeping us updated...

ReplyDeleteThe photo of the nest with eggs is awesome.
ReplyDeleteSo fun to see the progression.

Just adorable! I had the opportunity to watch a momma and her eggs/baby last year right outside my bedroom window. Isn't mother nature amazing!
