Outdoor Wednesday - Christmas Decorations

Here are some shots of our house decorated for Christmas. These are before and after the snow shots. My husband, whose nickname is Smokey loves to decorate the outside for Christmas. We call him Clark Griswold. Every year he keeps adding something. I never know what he will come home with. The carolers in the front are from a yard sale that he picked up for $1.00 because they wouldn't work. He brought them home and re-wired them and now they are as good as new, even though they're probably 20 years old. He has a sound system in our attic that he has hooked to the carolers so they sound like they're singing. What will he think of next? 2. Merry Christmas! Smokey sure did a nice job wiring the Carolers; but to hook them up to a sound system is an amazing idea. Nice photographs too. I like to go to garage sales too.

  10. I don't imagine you get much snow like that down south. It sure is a nice addition to your beautiful home and decorations. How clever of your husband to rewire and add music to the carolers.
