Pottery Barn Display

I just made reservations for our summer vacation at Myrtle Beach, SC. We've been going there every summer since I was born (which was a long time ago)! Then I went in Pottery Barn and saw this display. I'm thinking about doing my dining room table like this....LOL! If you haven't been in there lately, you should go, just to see all of their displays. Everything is beautiful and summery! These are a few of my favorite things.

Spring....finally.....

It's been so nice here this week! It's finally starting to feel like Spring. We usually take a walk in the neighborhood after supper each night, so I decided to take some pictures with my iphone as we were walking. Everyone's yards are starting to look so pretty! Wisteria Tree

My wisteria tree is finally starting to bloom this year. The frost got it last year and I thought it would surely never come back, but it did! This is one of my favorite trees/bush/vine, or whatever you want to call it. Hubby doesn't like it too well because it grabs on to whatever it can reach and he is all the time cutting it out of one of our other bushes that is has attached itself too. Springtime Door

I love changing the look of my front door. I just recently received this arrangement from my best friends when my Dad passed away. I knew right away where I was going to put it! I really love decorating for Fall the best, but by the time Spring rolls around, I'm ready for some bright colors. The red geraniums are from last year. Even though they're fake, I think they could surely pass for real ones! That's what I'm hoping for anyway. Please visit Between Naps on the Porch for more wonderful ideas.
