Chicken Stew

Well it's that time of year again, at least here in the South, when the chicken stews start. It HAS to be cold outside for starters. These are the requirements: Giant pot of chicken stew, boxes of crackers, marshmallows to roast and a table big enough outside to seat everyone! We had ours outside at Mama's house recently. She fixed the stew and we provided the crackers and marshmallows. We had so much fun! My son and niece had a marshmallow toss. Evidently, they go further when they are on fire!!
