I am participating in the 10th Met Monday from Susan at Between Naps on the Porch. We started painting our kitchen on Saturday. Well, the hallway that leads to the kitchen anyway. We finally got rid of that sponge paint from 6 years ago. Yay!!! I can tell that this is gonna be a long process, with a lot of painting to do. It's hard to tell in these pictures, but this is the hallway coming in from the garage that turns immediately to your right into the kitchen. It was hard to get a good shot, but hopefully you can get an idea. More later.......
Hi Gina,
ReplyDeleteThis is my first visit to your blog. I really like the color you painted your hall, it is warm and rich looking. Also FYI your Mr. Linky link is bad; when you click on your site it says it is no longer available. So if you are not noticing traffic thru your site that probably the reason. Have a wonderful day...Cathy
Ah....sponge painting, I remember it well, and not fondly. I did our living room years ago. Hated the result, but lived with it till we moved.
ReplyDeleteYour refurbished hallway looks lovely! Calm and cool and ... not sponged. :-) I like the color you chose, very pretty.

I like it so much better now. It really looks nice the way you have changed the color and decor on the walls.
ReplyDeleteGoing to look great when all done, just this part looks better. Love the color!

I do like the sponge painting, very Tuscany. You did a very nice job. But everyone needs a change and I like your results. Also like the sign!
